Weir Driving cont.

This week I have started working alot more hours at my job at Weir, and let me tell you, it's starting to really catch up with me. I feel like a man thats been doing this for thirty years. I wake up at about 5 in the morning get to work by 5:30 or 6 and I don't get off until like 7 or 8, or later. load my truck up and head on my first route of the day. Lately I have been going to Missouri alot, which isn't so bad since most of it is city driving anyway. But they did have me going to like Marion and places farther south in Illinois like that. Those were okay but at the same not because they were kind of boring drives, because everything looks the same. I really enjoy the job though, it allows me to not have to do the same old thing everyday. Thats one of the best perks of the job. I don't get to do as much as I used to in my spare time with this job though, which kind of sucks, but the paycheck ends up being worth it. I don't mind putting in all those hours though, it keeps me out of trouble and gives me something to do. When I get off I'm always hanging out with my girlfriend, working on putting something new on my jeep, and sleeping.

  1. I really know how you feel. I am a full time student at swic. 3 of the days I take classes in the mornings then go straight to work then other 2 days I have evening classes so when I close up at work I go straight to class. I hardly have any free time but I work for the state and have a damn good job and love the paychecks, but it is very tough on other things. I don't have much time for my friends and boyfriend. Here lately, I have gotten pretty sick because all of this has me so stressed and I dont eat right and so my immune system is very low. Therefore, I am losing weight like crazy. I understand your situation and I know how bad it sucks!
